Digital products are final
Chroma Visuals sells digital lifetime licence keys that are delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final.
Try before you buy
We offer a free 3-day trial so you can test the software on your own system before buying. We strongly recommend using the trial first, as it lets you verify compatibility and performance with no payment required.
When we may issue a refund
We may issue a refund in these very limited cases: • You have not yet activated your licence key or started the free trial, and you contact us within 14 days of purchase. • A minor used your card without permission. Contact us and we will cancel the licence and refund the charge. • You were charged twice for the same order. We do not refund for change of mind, HWID changes, compatibility issues, third-party account actions, or if the trial worked but you later decide you do not want the product.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the support page with your purchase email and licence key. We review every request manually and reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the licence being permanently revoked. Please reach out first — we read every support ticket.
