What we collect
• Account data: email address and sign-in method when you create an account or sign in with Google or Discord. • Order data: email, license key, plan and purchase time when you buy a key. • Trial data: email and a hashed hardware/network identifier used only to prevent trial abuse. • Support data: email, license key and your message when you open a ticket. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your data only to: • deliver license keys and download links, • validate and manage your license (including HWID resets), • prevent abuse of the free trial, • respond to support requests, • meet legal and accounting obligations.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for marketing lists you did not sign up for.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payments, Discord for community features, and our hosting/backend providers to run the site. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only to the extent needed to provide its service.
Retention & your rights
Order and license records are kept as long as your license is valid (lifetime keys: indefinitely). Trial abuse-prevention hashes are kept to enforce the one-trial rule. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via the support page. Deleting order records also revokes the associated license.
Security
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Hardware and network identifiers are stored as one-way hashes, not raw values.
